Children’s Day was celebrated in a grand manner at Don Bosco School, Trasi. The celebration was held on 14th November 2025 in the School Auditorium. The program began with a serene prayer service and a warm welcome. Fr. Maxim D’Souza, the Rector and Principal, Fr. Bryce Rodrigues, the Vice Principal, Fr. Arnold Mathias, the Administrator were accompanied by the representatives of the Chief Guests of the day, Master Ashton Savio Baretto, the School Head Boy and Miss Carol Maria Rebeiro, the School Head Girl on to the dais. The School Student Cabinet along with the dignitaries paid floral tribute to the portrait of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.

Fr. Maxim D’Souza addressed the students on the occasion. He encouraged the students to enjoy and live each moment of the most cherished phase of life, the childhood. He guided them with stories how to make their childhood more meaningful and memorable.

The School Management and Teaching Staff lit up the stage with energetic dance performances and sang melodious songs dedicated to children. The students thoroughly enjoyed every moment and were visibly delighted. A fun dance jam session was arranged for all the students of Secondary Section, adding even more enthusiasm to the celebration. The entire event was coordinated by Tr. Rosy Dsouza. The entire program was filled with excitement and happiness.

Various fete games were organized for the students in the afternoon. The prizes for the winning students were also distributed. The celebration concluded on a sweet note with the distribution of ice cream, making the day truly memorable for everyone.
