The Farewell Ceremony for the outgoing batch of Class XII students of Don Bosco School, Trasi was organised with great joy, respect, and heartfelt emotions by the students of Class XI, on 29th January 2026 in the School Auditorium.
The program was graced with the esteemed presence of Rev. Fr. Maxim D’Souza, the Rector and Principal and Rev. Fr. Arnold Mathias, the Administrator along with the Coordinator of Senior Secondary Section and Class XII Commerce Class Teacher, Tr. Jyothi Quadras and Class XII Science Class Teacher, Tr. Anitha D.
The program began with a prayer service, invoking God’s blessings upon the students and teachers. This was followed by lighting of the lamp, a warm welcome address and cutting of the cake ceremony. The formal program was followed by the cultural program, presented by the students of Classes VI, VII and XI. The students presented their entertaining dances, songs, and conducted fun-filled activities, which brought joy and excitement, and made the celebration an emotional moment for the outgoing students.
The Class XII students shared their experiences and expressed their gratitude towards the institution, the Salesian and School community for the guidance, love, and support throughout their academic journey. The speeches reflected the strong bond and lasting memories built within the walls of Don Bosco School, Trasi.
The Principal addressed the gathering with inspiring words, blessings, and valuable advice, motivating the students to face the future with confidence and faith. He shared how this batch was very special to him, as it constituted of many students who approached and joined from various other schools for our quality education. He wished them the best through a melodious song.
As a token of love and appreciation, mementos were presented to the outgoing Class XII students. The Farewell Program was successfully coordinated under the guidance of the in-charge teachers, Tr. Rosy D’Souza and Tr. Anusha D, whose efforts ensured the smooth conduct of the event. The program concluded with a vote of thanks, marking the end of a memorable and meaningful farewell celebration.
