Trasi, June 17, 2026: The election of the School Leaders for the academic year 2026-27 was conducted successfully at Don Bosco School, Trasi, in a well-organized and disciplined manner. The event reflected the school’s commitment to promoting democratic values, responsibility, and leadership among students.
A notable feature of this year’s election was the introduction of an Electronic Voting Machine (EVM), developed and implemented with the support of the school’s Tinker Space. The initiative provided students with a practical understanding of the electoral process and ensured a smooth, transparent, and efficient voting experience.
Prior to the voting, students were given a demonstration on the proper use of the EVM. They actively participated in the election process and witnessed the systematic casting and counting of votes.
House Leaders for the four houses were also elected under the guidance of the respective House Teachers, ensuring a fair and well-coordinated election process.
The election concluded successfully with enthusiastic participation from both students and staff. The exercise encouraged students to choose their leaders responsibly while fostering the values of integrity, accountability, and teamwork. The successful implementation of the EVM made the School Leaders’ Election 2026-27 a memorable milestone in the school’s journey towards innovation and excellence.
